A quick and easy way to get your daily Colostrum, as well as one of our favorite ways to use Chia seeds, one of the richest sources of omega 3 fats available in our supermarkets and health food stores!
Chia seeds have a rich history of use in Mesoamerica, which is no surprise given that they are a complete protein. Additionally, they help to keep us hydrated, sooth the digestive-lining, and assist in healthy bowel regularity!
1 liter Spring Water (or your water of choice)
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Surthrival Colostrum powder
.5 tsp Vanilla powder
Soak chia seeds in water until plump. Blend all ingredients together, and sweeten with your choice of honey, maple syrup, stevia, or your favorite sweetener.
