Healthy Gut Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

A seasonal treat for those warm October days! When you're craving a sweet treat, but want to keep it clean and wholesome, look no further than this pumpkin pie ice cream with a healthy gut twist.

This is the real deal with nourishing pumpkin seed oil (rather than mysterious "pumpkin flavoring") and whole-food ingredients.

While pumpkin is the star of the show here, Colostrum works behind the scenes to create that creamy ice cream texture. It also adds a nutritive suite of probiotics, growth factors, vitamins and minerals to the mix ~ aiding digestion and giving you sustainable energy to supercharge your day.

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cup Ice
1 heaping tbsp Pumpkin Seed Oil
2 tbsp Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix (DIY with whole spices here)
2 tbsp Lucuma Powder
1/2 cup Surthrival Colostrum Powder
2 tbsp Palm Sugar
1 squirt of Stevia


Add all the ingredients into your blender. Blend on high while using a tamper to mash the ingredients into a smooth, creamy ice cream.
P.S. Skip the ice, and this recipe easily becomes a healthy smoothie bowl base! Add seeds, nuts and fruit ~ breakfast is served!
