It's okay to be naughty once in awhile (or everyday ;-) )…
Don't derail your diet because of that pesky voice in your head telling you to indulge in something delicious but a far cry from healthy (we’re looking at you, organic small-batch craft doughnuts at the bakery down the road!).
If your sweet tooth is calling, hang tight and get this recipe going! It's worthy of satisfying that sweet-loving side of you, but is also, dare we say it...good for you!
Put on some music, grab your apron and get in the kitchen! It takes more time to do all that then it does to blend this up!
The Recipe:
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
5 Medjool dates
1 heaping tbsp of Colostrum
1 dropper of Chaga Extract
Stevia to taste if you like things on the sweeter side.
Add all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. And...be sure to remove the pits from those dates, your blender will thank you! (ahem...lesson learned)
Serves at least 2, but if you eat it all yourself we won't tell!
To up the yum factor: Top with raw cream (whipped or as-is), and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
Great toppings include:
Shredded coconuts
Cacao nibs or beans
Nuts and seeds (pecans, in particular!)
Sliced fruit or berries

I love chia seed pudding it makes my tummy feel good. I like to soak the seeds in hot/warm five spice tea for the time it takes me to pull ingredients together. Sometimes I’ll use coconut milk. Thanks surthival, your offerings are very helpful 🙏🍃
