Simple & Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie with a Secret Immune Boost

The perfect simple and nutritious breakfast for a busy, on-the-go family! The recipe serves two but can easily be doubled or tripled to feed more!

Ingredients:

2 cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Milk (regular or nut milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
Ice (adjust for thickness)
2 teaspoons of Strawberry Colostrum (this is the minimum therapeutic dose for 2 people — feel free to use more as desired!)

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend and enjoy!

I read the colostrum is pasteurized ..It says that on my container ..I thought it was raw and dehydrated
