We offer USPS and UPS for all shipments within the United States. DHL is an additional option for international shipments.
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, and most orders are shipped within one business day. We do not ship on major Holidays, and some US holidays are at times observed as well.
Our warehouse generally ships orders the next business day, and then please use the estimates provided next to the shipping method to determine the approximate length of time for delivery of your order. Please keep in mind that the times listed are ESTIMATES and do not guarantee an actual delivery date. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by issues with the carrier.

Yes, we ship internationally through several shipping companies.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the number of countries and the ever changing nature of duty and tax regulations, we cannot advise customers on duties or taxes for your order. Please know the regulations about importing supplements into your country and your cost of duties before placing an order.
The shipping estimates shown on our site are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. These times are based on when the carrier picks up at our facility, to the time it is delivered. They do not account for processing times, weekends, holidays, etc…
The only shipping methods with guaranteed delivery times are the expedited options, such as UPS Overnight or USPS Express. During the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, carriers are not guaranteeing any shipment windows outside of the above expedited/overnight options.
**Please note that if your order is placed with an expedited option on a weekend the package will not ship until Monday (Tuesday if it is a Federal Holiday).
We allow returns of unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements for products damaged during shipping will be handled by Route .
